Jetson AGX Orin PCIE Compliance test

Based on
Jetson_AGX_Orin_Series_Tuning_Compliance_Guide_DA-11040-001_v0.7(1).pdf (1.8 MB),
I’m follow this docment that set up the environment and tuning PCIE Compliance. when the OS system of orin module is completed,I test the pcie clk(RP) that is no signal. So I reset the Orin module, and test it again. then I can find the signal of pcie clk(RP) when OS system is going on boot mode.
My question:
How do I set it the pcie clk(RP) that keep in the exist when the system is completed?
